Teacher Assistant

Are you passionate about helping young children learn and grow? Stepping Stones Child Academy in Lincoln, NE is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Teacher Assistant. As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and educational environment for our students.

As a Teacher Assistant at Stepping Stones Child Academy, you will have the opportunity to engage with children in a variety of age groups, from infants to preschoolers. You will assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans, organizing activities, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your role as a Teacher Assistant is crucial in ensuring that each child receives the individualized attention and support they need to thrive.

We are looking for someone who is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. Previous experience working with children is a plus, but not required – we are more interested in finding someone who is eager to learn and grow in their role as a Teacher Assistant.
