Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping infants develop essential skills in a nurturing environment? Stepping Stones Child Academy in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a dedicated Infant Teacher Assistant to join our team of experienced educators.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the lead Infant teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum
  • Assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment for infants
  • Engaging with infants through play, music, and sensory activities
  • Providing individualized care and attention to each child
  • Collaborating with the Infant teacher to assess developmental milestones

We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to the growth and well-being of our infants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
